GOS members working in Clermont-Ferrand sites:
You will be granted access to Ladoux site on your own badge (W2M).
You will also get access to the Inter-sites parking.

Gos members not working in Clermont-Ferrand sites
ACCESS TO MICHELIN SITES:
For GOS members not usually working in Clermont-Ferrand, we have created a specific access card for you that will give you access to Ladoux site and parking. This access card will be given to you on Tuesday, March 10, when you arrive in Ladoux at the welcome stand. You will have to keep this card until the end of the seminar and give it back on Thursday, March 12.
HOTEL:
For the GOS members who don't live in Clermont-Ferrand, a room is booked for you at the Mercure Jaude Hotel (breakfast included) from Monday, March 9 until Thursday, March 12.
If you want to use the minibar, room service, or book an extra-night, you will have to pay for it.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The rooms will be ready at 3:00 pm on Monday.
Please note that you will have to check-out on Thursday, March 12 at the hotel reception before taking the bus in the morning.
BUS:
We have arranged a shuttle bus to take you to the various seminar venues and take you back to the hotel at the end of the day. Please refer to the outlook invitation you received for the time of departure of the bus.
